Zizzi rolls out Pennies across all its restaurants

Italian restaurant chain, Zizzi, rolls out Pennies, the electronic charity box, to its nationwide network of 118 restaurants to raise more money for charity, The Prince’s Trust. This follows the success of a trial in a small number of venues which began last December.

Toy shop chain The Entertainer brings Pennies to the high street

The Pennies Foundation has launched Pennies, the electronic charity box onto the UK high street for the first time with children’s toy shop, The Entertainer. This independent 57- store chain is the first retailer to introduce Pennies on shop tills. Customers have the choice to make micro-donations by rounding-up their purchase to the nearest pound when they pay by card. All the money raised goes to charity.
