The Pennies Foundation is a registered data controller under the Data Protection Act 1998. Any information we collect is stored and processed in the UK.

Unfortunately no data transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we try to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of information you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk.

Information that we collect

When you access and use our website, we (or third parties acting on our behalf) may collect certain information from or about you. How to access, correct or remove your personal information from our records

Under the Data Protection Act 1998 you have the right to request a copy of the personal information relating to you which is kept by the Foundation for which a small fee of £210 may be charged.

If your contact details change, or if you think that the information we hold about you is out of date or inaccurate, please get in touch with us and provide us with the correct details.

Cookies

We embed videos from our official YouTube channel using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode. This mode may set cookies on your computer once you click on the YouTube video player, but YouTube will not store personally-identifiable cookie information for playbacks of embedded videos using the privacy-enhanced mode.
