Changes to our terms and conditions
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and you should look through them as often as possible.
These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
Terms and Conditions of Competitions
- Valid entries must be submitted through the competition webpage or via twitter.
- Entries made via the website must include an email address.
- Entry is restricted to one per person and contestants must be over 18 years of age.
- The competition is not open to anyone affiliated with Pennies or Pennies’ partner organisations.
- The winner will be notified by email after the competition closes. If the number of correct answers exceeds the number of prizes, the first entries in time will win. Pennies decision is final.
- The prize cannot be exchanged for cash and must be used by December 31st 2012.
- It is a condition of entry that contestants agree to abide by these rules.
