Non-Executive Chairman of Boparan Ventures
Peter is the Non-Executive Chairman of Boparan Ventures, the owner of the Harry Ramsdens and Fishworks restaurant chains. He was previously a Non-Executive Director of FTSE 250 company Dominos Pizza UK & IRL, where he served as a member of the Audit and Remuneration committees. He is a former Senior Partner of Ernst and Young, where latterly he was Markets Partner for middle market.
