Robert’s experience is primarily in mergers and acquisitions for public companies, and ranges from recommended deals to hostile offers and defences across a variety of sectors.
Prior to joining Rothschild in 1998, Robert was at Morgan Grenfell & Co in London where he was appointed a Director in 1995.
He qualified as a chartered accountant with Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co (KPMG) in 1987. Robert holds a degree in Engineering from Imperial College London.
